Based in New Brighton, MN, Pioneer operates across multiple states, including Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas, and is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
The hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 4:30pm.

What You’ll Do as an Outside Sales Representative:
- Be a Sales Apprentice: Learn the art of building relationships and growing business.
- Forge Strong Relationships: Build lasting connections and demonstrate the benefits of our industry-leading services.
- Support the Sales Cycle: From prospecting to closing and growing into owning it.
- Stay on the Move: Frequent travel to client locations to understand business opportunities.
- Collaborate Strategically: Partner with internal teams to create innovative strategies to meet sales targets.
- Track Success: Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep Pioneer ahead of the pack.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Drive: A hunter mentality with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn, grow and be mentored.
- Independent Spirit: Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Travel Ready: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for frequent travel to client locations.
- Environmentally Aware: Comfortable working in environments with shredded paper and other materials related to paper recycling.

This is an onsite position based in New Brighton, MN when not traveling in the St. Paul. Minneapolis metro region. Please note, this role does not offer remote work options.
