Pioneer Industries, Inc. located in Minneapolis, MN has an opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk.

Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Clerk role involves providing financial, administrative and clerical support to an assigned group of locations. They will assist with accounting records ledgers and reconciling monthly statements and transactions. Records entry of, verifies documentation for, and distributes request for information. They will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, disciplined and able to take tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Understanding of GL account coding
  • Coding and processing of invoices for payment for multiple locations
  • Ensuring compliance with company approved purchasing policies (purchase order log use, purchaser approval limits, etc.)
  • Perform weekly check runs for multiple locations
  • Filing daily and/or weekly

  • Previous accounts payable experience required
